Scope of Delivery
We cover the complete project lifecycle. The specific scope is adapted to the technical specification, manufacturing process requirements and operating conditions of the production environment.
01 – Requirements and Process Analysis
Assessment of technical requirements, initial conditions, target parameters and equipment interfaces.
02 – Equipment Concept and Technical Solution
Definition of the equipment concept, selected technologies, safety concept and delivery strategy.
03 – Mechanical and Electrical Engineering
Mechanical engineering in SolidWorks, electrical engineering in EPLAN and preparation of complete manufacturing documentation.
04 – Manufacturing, Programming and Assembly
Manufacturing of mechanical and electrical components, control cabinet production, PLC and HMI programming, and integration of robotics and machine vision.
05 – FAT, Installation and SAT
Equipment assembly and integration, functional testing, FAT, on-site installation and validation under the intended operating conditions.
06 – Production Start-up and Support
Commissioning, production ramp-up support, process optimisation and technical support.

One Point of Project Responsibility
The customer does not need to coordinate mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, automation, robotics and machine vision separately. DFEL manages the technical interfaces, delivery schedule and integration of the individual parts of the equipment.
The result is not a collection of isolated components or separate documentation, but tested equipment prepared for real production operation.
